As human beings, there are few things we find as engaging and exciting as stories. Since our earliest origins, storytelling has been a way for us to communicate with one another – just look at cave paintings, for example.
SH:24 were last year’s big winners at the UXUK Awards. They took home the grand prize of Best overall User Experience as well as Best Public Sector and Best innovation.
We were lucky enough to have SH:24 designer, Mollie Courtenay, give us an insight into how they created this award winning service. In the informative talk, Mollie shared some of the tools, methods and principles the team used to grow from concept to scalable commissionable service over the last 3 years.
Tom Waterfall, a CRO (that’s a ‘Conversion Rate Optimiser’, not a member of the Night’s Watch) treated us to February’s Bunnytalk discussing his role at Lostmy.Name, a fast growing company that produces customised books. He tells of the trials and tribulations of building a testing culture at the e-commerce startup in 6 punchy lessons from failing fast to Facebook ads.
Our next Bunnytalk by Michael Feiner of AEP Convert is about UX and Online Optimisation. The talk to be held on 29th January in our London office is now fully booked, however we have a waiting list open.
In our latest Bunnytalk (our regular monthly presentations hosted in London) Ben Ladkin, Operations Manager at Arsenal Broadband Ltd, talks about the relationship between Bunnyfoot and Arsenal Media Group and how they used objective research at each design stage to ensure fans were at the centre of their site redesign.
