The primary objective is to understand how the existing content aligns with user needs, business objectives, and be effective, efficient and satisfying for the end user.
Best conducted when there is user research such as personas to refer to, content is assessed for relevance, cross-site/platform consistency, quality, accessibility and persuasion.
Content that doesn’t resonate with the user or business needs is flagged and explained.
