About Louise
Louise is a highly experienced digital communications professional who has spent over 15 years working on both private and public sector digital projects. She holds a BA in Social Anthropology & Politics and Government and BSc in Physiotherapy and also works as a registered clinical physiotherapist here in the UK.
In addition to extensive experience in design, research and delivery of user-oriented digital services and content, for clients across the world including Microsoft, HSBC, TetraPak, Ofsted, Coca-Cola, Unilever and many more, Louise has a passion for wellbeing in digital environments. Her insights into the physiological nature of stress and the digital experience are foundational to her approach to usability design in emerging technology and social systems and it’s her ambition to share this knowledge and work with others to build an inclusive, sustainable and healthy digital future.
Outside of work, Louise has spent many days hiking with her enthusiastic Spaniel (Daniel) and travelling around the globe, often stopping to pause in interesting places and has lived in Australia, the Netherlands and Morocco. She, and her two children, live on the south coast of the UK.
