About Aimée
Aimée is experienced in a variety of user centred design techniques including heuristic analysis, depth interviews, usability testing, creating IAs, wireframing and prototyping.
She is passionate about immersing herself in and understanding each client’s world, and working collaboratively to create solutions that meet the needs of businesses and their users.
As Lead UX Consultant, Aimée leads the team of Consultants in Bunnyfoot’s London office and is experienced in all aspects of ethnographic research and user centred design.
Aimée has experience of working with a huge variety of clients, from start-ups to global corporates, including: BBC, Kew Gardens, John Lewis, Accor Hotels, Virgin Media, B&Q, Sky, Buckinghamshire County Council and Imperial College Business School.
She has accreditation as a Certified Professional for Usability & User Experience (CPUX) and is a member of the Service Design Network (SDN) and User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA).
Aimée has also written and teaches the ‘Fundamentals of Service Design’ course at Bunnyfoot and delivers bespoke training to clients. She regularly speaks at UX and Service Design events; recent talks include UX Oxford, City University, and the Service Design Fringe Festival.
With a background in design and degree in Graphic Design from Ravensbourne, Aimée’s creative ability adds an extra perspective when analysing and refining user experiences. Previously, as Senior Digital Designer and UX Lead for a London-based agency, she worked on digital projects for clients including a global automotive manufacturer and a multinational mining corporation.
In her spare time, Aimée loves exploring cities, reading and walking in the Kent countryside.
