Juliet loves crafting digital experiences and has been practising user-centred design for 10 years. She’s come to specialise in e-commerce user experience and interaction design and loves immersing herself in creating multi-channel customer journeys.
Juliet has worked on large-scale responsive websites from strategy to launch. She is a specialist in developing interactive prototypes and has designed interfaces displayed on HDTVs all the way down to mobile phones.
She has led the experience design of major projects for Smyths Toys, Clicks South Africa and Telefónica O2. In addition to significant agency experience, she has worked in-house for Zoopla Property Group and a technology start-up. These long-term roles have allowed Juliet to hone skills in complex interactions, digital conversion and site optimisation.
Juliet’s range of expertise gives her the ability to bring cross-discipline insight to any project, balancing in that sweet spot where customer and business needs meet.
She has a first-class BSc in Multimedia Technology & Design from Brunel University and is a member of the UXPA. She enjoys unleashing her creativity outside of work by playing in a classical orchestra, cooking and photography (don’t worry; she doesn’t take pictures of the food!).
