We’re excited to announce that we will be hosting a workshop and networking drinks during the Service Design Fringe Festival this year!
The Service Design Fringe Festival runs from 16th – 24th September 2017 and is a showcase of the game changing work that service design is doing in London. The festival runs alongside the London Design Festival and aims to bring service design into the mainstream, so we are delighted to be part of it.
About our workshop
Our workshop ‘Rewriting the Ending: Building Service Loyalty Through Positive End Points’ will focus on the end of service encounters, which are a great opportunity for creating positive memories and perceptions for customers, and building customer loyalty.
Join us to learn about the psychological principle of the peak-end rule, how it can be applied in service design, and experiment with new methods as we redesign the endings of some service encounters together. It will be a fun afternoon and a chance to explore what service design is and how it could help your organisation.
