Veronika Jermolina – Consultant at Bunnyfoot – is set to deliver a talk on international usability testing from her vast field experience at the inaugural UX Sheffield on 26th November.
About UX Sheffield
This is the first event for UX Sheffield in what will be a monthly space where experts in UX come and share their experiences of working on UX design and research projects.
Veronika’s talk on international user research comes from a place of much experience, she herself having worked in the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and Germany in the past year.
The aim of this talk is to provide design professionals with pragmatic techniques for accommodating international customers. When you get to the the final stages of a project after you’ve designed a website, a checkout flow, conducted user research, fixed the issues and all that’s left now is to send your copy to the translation agency to translate into other languages… Veronika’s experience shows that this approach is likely to throw unexpected issues that may prevent customers from engaging with the product. Veronika will share her learnings and anecdotes from planning, conducting and analysing international user research.
