We were thrilled to hear we have been shortlisted for 2 projects that we worked on for the UXUK Awards 2019.
Last week, the UXUK Awards released their 2019 shortlist of entries. We were delighted to find that 2 projects we worked on had been shortlisted amongst a great list of other worthy entries.
The UXUK Awards, now in their 7th year, celebrate excellence in user focused digital and service design.
Our shortlisted projects are:
- UCL: we worked closely with the Innovation and Enterprise team at UCL to develop a user centred structure for their website to better serve the needs of their diverse audience. Since launch they have had a significant decrease in calls to their administration team.
- Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew: Bunnyfoot carried out a thorough research process with visitors to the gardens to provide a clearer structure helping users to find key information easier, encourage content browsing on the site and to increase conversion rates.
We’re no stranger to winning the odd award. In 2017, we took home the Best Information Experience award for our work with Bimco, in 2014 we picked up the ‘Best effect on Business Goals’ for our work with Great Rail Journeys and in 2013 for Oxfam in the same category.
The award winners will be announced on the 21st November 2019 at the awards event in London.
