For our 5th workshop, we are teaming up with the expert data science team at Vertical Leap to run a session on how you can more effectively measure, identify and optimise the performance of your service for customers/users.
Taking place in Central London on Thursday 4th April, we’ll be looking to answer the following questions:
- How can you improve the way you measure the performance of your service?
- How can you identify where your users are tripping up? Or opportunities to increase engagement and persuasion?
- How can you come up with a strategy to continue measuring and optimising performance?
