This month UX Sheffield will be hosting their biggest event to date, with Ruben Huidoboro and Clara Teoh from the Government Digital Service (GDS) who will be talking about ‘Applying design principles: war stories’.
About the talk
GOV.UK is the website for the UK government and acts as the primary source on government services and information. Ruben and Clara have worked on various projects at GDS, mostly helping departments and agencies go though digital transformation.
Their talk will cover:
- Becoming a digital by default “users first” organisation is a big change, often painful but always worthwhile
- Success stories are easy to find – but sometimes it can be more useful to hear about the war stories
- What was difficult, what didn’t work and what could be done differently.
