Following an excellent Christmas party in our London office last night we woke up to some very exciting news: our full website redesign with Great Rail Journeys won “Best Tour Operator Website” at the 2014 Travolution Awards.
The spectacular event, held in the Ballroom at South Bank Centre last night, honoured leaders in the travel industry and Great Rail Journeys were among fine company, including our other client easyJet who took away the prize for “Best Airline Website”.
Having last month won the UXUK Award for “Best Effect on Business Goals”, this is another great acknowledgment for our collaboration with the Great Rail Journeys team.

Bunnyfoot did an excellent job in putting the customer at the heart of our approach to web usability. Previously all our customer experience decisions were based on instinct rather than hard customer research. Working with Bunnyfoot we were able to turn this on its head, we learnt some hard lessons about what we were doing wrong, but significantly improved the customer experience and online conversion as a result.
