Thanks to the continued success of our Westbourne Studios office, we are moving on to something bigger and better. We’ve outgrown the space at Westbourne so need more, better testing labs and more consultant desks.
For months we’ve been on the lookout for the perfect location and we found it at St John’s House in Farringdon.

Only a three-minute walk from Farringdon station, our new central location will be easier for clients and participants to get to and has lots of foot traffic for intercept on-street recruitment (mainly for our B2C clients).
Our existing London lab has been continuously booked out for months so we’re pleased to announce that we’ll now have three soundproofed usability testing suites with state-of-the art equipment, not only that but the client viewing rooms have a roof balcony too.
The new office and labs give us even more flexibility for project war rooms, workshops, user testing and focus groups to all run simultaneously, and these will support our other labs in Oxford and Sheffield.
When do we move?
The workers are in and the space is starting to transform. We will be up and running by Tuesday 22nd May.
